History

Jonathan Luiten grew up in the insurance industry, and at an early age he went to work for a large broker and worked his way through the ranks from “Autoplan expert” to Director Of Sales in 18 years, all the while completing university and starting a family.  Today, he lives in Langley with his three children and is an active member in his community.

Jonathan wishes to bring his passion for customer care to the front lines of the insurance experience and is excited to show you what Valiant has to offer.

Jonathan has been working in the general insurance industry since 1997, and with a focus on commercial/business insurance since 2002. While focusing on the customer experience, with a passion for helping people understand the insurance world, Jonathan has honed a skill and practice that has been rooted in Construction, Manufacturing, Forestry and Hospitality but has a strong understanding of any and all businesses and the risks they face.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Rosanne Baartman

Rosanne has been around the insurance industry for many years and just recently obtained her Level2 insurance license and is excited to join the ranks at Valiant to assist in the day to day, social media, marketing and personal lines efforts. When she’s not learning and pursuing her CAIB designation, Rose enjoys spending time with her kids, lacing up her cleats and playing some soccer with her mates at Aldergrove Soccer Club, walking her senior pupper, Zoey, and finding new local hikes to conquer in this beautiful province.
